At Art of Helmets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your helmet or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film remains on the visor.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
